Counta Station keeps working. Staff sign in with their PIN and carry on with sales, split payments, receipts, expenses and cash-up. If you have more than one counter, they keep sharing sales through your shop router, even a phone hotspot with no data.

When any counter reconnects, everything goes up to your account. Online orders and dispatch do need a connection, and the screen tells you plainly how long you have been offline and how many sales are waiting.

Yes. Your ordering site runs on your own domain, like yourshop.ng or order.yourshop.com, with a secure padlock set up for you. If you do not have a domain yet, you start on a Counta address and switch when you are ready. We can help you buy one.

Counta Station prints to 58mm and 80mm thermal printers over USB, network or Bluetooth, and to any normal Windows printer for A4 invoices. It can open the cash drawer and cut the paper. There is a test page button for each printer, and you design your receipt once in settings.

You do. You connect your own Paystack account, and card and transfer payments go straight into it. Counta never touches your customers' money. We only charge your monthly plan.

Your data is kept apart from every other business on Counta, and it travels over encrypted connections. Each staff member has their own sign-in and only sees what their role allows. Every change to money, prices and stock is logged with who did it and when.

We handle customer data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Your customer list is yours: export it any time, and if you leave, we delete it on request.

A Windows 10 (or later) PC or an Android tablet for the counter, a thermal printer if you print receipts, and a Wi-Fi router in the shop if you run more than one counter. Riders need an Android phone. Most shops already have most of this.
